Great location and room, with a few minor changes to the food this will be back to what we remember.

We have stayed there before 4 years ago and really liked the room, so booked the same again. Location is excellent for getting around Tintagel. Free parking is also a plus. Great choice of beers and all kept really well.

The food wasn't as good as last time we stayed, both the breakfast and evening meals were not as we remembered from last time. Although if you go off the set breakfast menu it is a lot better.

Perfect for an overnight stay with my sons whilst walking from Tintagel to Boscastle. A room with 3 beds was perfect whilst being able to walk down to a friendly bar with good food was just what we needed. The price included a full breakfast which was as much as we could eat.

An excellent hotel conveniently placed for north Cornwall

My wife is disabled and the annexe room with facilities for the disabled was superb. The evening menu was extensive and the meals were ordered were cooked perfectly.

There were no parking bays for the disabled.

Was not sure what to expect but this place exceeded our expectations, a true cornish gem.

Brilliant from start to finish, clean well serviced room, excellent food and drink with super friendly professional staff and a good old fashioned homely feel. The waiting staff were totally faultless, always at hand and nothing was to much trouble. A bit like a home from home and excellent value for money. We will definately be back.

The location is great, we walked around Tintagel to see the Castle & old post office. We stayed in Annex 3 Very convenient, car parking excellent. Staff went out of the way to please.

Great pub ideal location fabulous food

Pub is in the middle of Tintagel so easy to walk to the castle beach and coastal walks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Particularly the cleaning staff. Bedroom and bathroom a good size and very clean. Food at the pub outstanding.

Absolutely perfect!

Cater well for people with Coeliac Disease. Excellent team. Place worked like clockwork. Special shoutout for Jorden who made our stay very special (30th Wedding Anniversary). Would highly recommend this establishment.

All the food was amazing. The breakfast was great. I had a rib eye steak for an evening meal and a kinder sundae which was the best ice cream sundae ever. The staff were great.

Wonderful staff!

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! The location was central. The room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurant area was so cozy, inviting, and friendly. In fact, we wrapped up our anniversary dinner early at the fancy Castle hotel to go back early to King Arthur's Arms because we liked the environment there so much.

The breakfast was good,

If we went in at 9am there wasn't all the items there, and not replenished. It would have been a lot better if breakfast was from 08.30 to 10am, not 08.30 to 09.30

A great stay near Tintagel Castle

Location, Location, Location! We were visiting Tintagel castle and the proximity to everything Tintagel has to offer is excellent (our room looked out over the NT Old Post office) Parking is included in the big car park right next door and the pass we were given was valid from the time we arrived until we left the area on departure day (not checkout time, which was an absolute bonus) Our room was lovely, very clean and airy with more amenities than we’ve ever had, including a fan (really needed during this heatwave) shower cap, sewing kit, shoe shine etc and biscuits!!! Breakfast was also excellent. We would stay again next time we are visiting the area.

Not really a negative but When we booked, we only had the choice of a room with an external private bathroom. It was lovely, and right next door to our bedroom. We had robes included, so it wasn’t really a problem at all, just made our senior nighttime bathroom visits a bit more of an experience than usual!

The room was large and comfortable with heating and cooling. The hotel was in the centre of tintagel and easy walking to Tintagel castle. Dinner and breakfast were at the inn.

Lots of things to do and go too in that location

The double bed was tiny. We didn’t sleep all night. I paid £190 for that superior en-suite but I should have booked the king size bed. It was an awful nights sleep. In the morning at 8am we had a cleaner blowing the leaves away outside. On holiday you don’t expect to be woken up like that. It was far too expensive and we won’t be staying there again but going in for a drink that we will do next year.

Great location for visitors to Tintagel and surrounding area

Very clean rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, tea and coffee. Plenty of parking right out front

The noise from the drunk people was exceptionally bad, until around 1030. They were in the carpark being loud and daft. It could have been a one off. .. Our tv didn't work, the bar staff confirmed they would have to order a new one. Why they didn't have a spare one to plug in I'm not sure? The cooked Breakfast wasn't great. There was plenty of food, but it wasn't great quality. The fruit in the help yourself table was a bit old, and the pastries didn't get replaced once gone so we missed those.

Pleasant rooms in town centre

Comfortable and clean with good beds. Big rooms and nice to have a lounge for the 3 rooms. Breakfast was very tasty and large. Great location in the town.

A fridge and some glasses would have been useful . The temperature of the shower could not be changed and it was very hot.

Great location in centre of town with ample parking which is free for guests. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout stay. Room was spacious with lots of additional facilities. Plenty of plug sockets, mirrors, towels, water, tea/coffee/biscuits, umbrella stand and tray for wet shoes. Accessible room with large wet room/bathroom. Bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Good food.

The room was spotless, all the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was very nice. We also had an evening dinner on both nights in the pub, which was very nice. The staff was attentive, especially Jordan, who went the extra mile.

My husband, friends and I LOVE the King Arthur Arms. First of all, the food is amazing. The staff are SUPER friendly and personable, which is exceptional in a tourist town (and I live in a tourist town, so I know). It's just one of my favorite places in the world. We rented a three-suite of rooms with one shared bath and a sitting area. We only stayed one night so it's hard to have any criticisms of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and there was a nice selection of biscuits and teas and coffees in the sitting area. My husband and I would absolutely stay there again.

It is hard to say how good this place is in words so all I will say is it is highly recommended. We went there last year and we will be going back again and again and again.

Nice hotel in a lovely location.

Room was nice size, we had an on suite which was large. Breakfast was very nice. We also had dinner here which was great

Only fault is there was a constant glow in the room from the router attached to the ceiling. I wish I had some tape to cover over as it affected everyone's sleep.
