We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay with no problems.
I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, our room was spacious with a balcony looking over the pool and it was very clean (bathroom included). The room was not cleaned daily but this was not an issue for us as we weren't staying for long. The room came with a mini fridge as well.
The pool was awesome to use and the breakfast was well done every morning and delicious sufficient (potatoes, bread, eggs, memen, cereals, fruits and vegetables, sweet treats).
The staff here are incredibly friendly and catered to all our needs.
Obviously it's not a 5 star hotel but it's great value for money and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Fethiye.

The location is good. Wifi is good too.
Breakfast variety needs to be added. The rooms and washrooms needs to be newly furnished. Lift should be added in the facility.
