Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette und liebe Dame, die sich sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend und die Außenanlagen sehr sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich, wie angegeben, vorhanden.
Es ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matrazen sind sehr durchgelegen. Leider waren sowohl die Küche sowie Backofen etc. als auch das Badezimmer nicht sauber. Die Besitzerin bemüht sich sehr, jedoch müsste zukünftig, regelmäßig eine gründliche Endreinigung durchgeführt werden.
