Great location in the middle of rural area. Far from civilization (shop - 7km?). Beautiful rural building (Twin building shared wall and fence with some italian neighbours but totally not interfering (just to let you know , that you are not totally alone there.. ) ) Breathtaking view on hills, pool (it was too cold for swimming in April), place with table under the tree for some breakfast/dinners). Feel the real wild Tuscany. Only for car equipped. Some very interesting small cities to visit around.
Not problems, but let's say surprises: Booking is took over by house-renting company and switches away from Booking.com (both sides want the payment ;) solved quickly by one email) . Be prepared to send all ID photos. Read the loong rulesheet (looks like strict . but had no problem with that). Be prepared for 150EUR caution in cash (but we had not to provide that). + Some climate fees 2EUR/person/day in cash too. Gas heating/warm water is billed at the end (5E/1m3 of gas as I remember we used around 6m3/3days with extensive heating and bathing) . Better to know those things ahead.
Personal taste: Parking place is flooded with strong led light stand all night. Disturbs watching of night sky. If only it could be switched off? Nevertheless: 10/10

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen - also gut zum entspannen.
Für uns war es leider nicht das richtige. Die Unterkunft war sehr schwer zu finden (ausschließlich Google Maps). Die fehlenden Fliegengitter an den Fenstern machte das Lüften etwas schwer da wir sonst sehr viele Käfer uÄ im Zimmer gehabt hätten.
