Great breakfast buffet with a lot of healthy choices and great quality! Room was nice - no complaints. Located within walking distance of major attractions of Uppsala. Also very close to bus stop. Nice view of the cathedral from my room. Reception staff was very helpful. They let me borrow an adapter to charge my devices!
There was no room maintenance during the 3 days I stayed. It didn't bother me that much really, because I appreciate privacy, but I guess I was secretly hoping that somebody would come and take care of the room.

For a small hotel, the breakfast was good. When I asked the receptionist about providing decaffeinated tea, that afternoon there was Camomile tea on the tea stand.
The location is great- 10 min walk from the station, less than a minute to the cathedral and afew minutes up to the castle.
Would have liked blackout curtains as the light woke me up very early.

The breakfast, location, and room were just great.
I stayed for two nights. The towels were not changed, and no room service was provided. I thought maybe because I did not signal it, like I did not say I need the towels to be changed. So I had to take shower with already wet towel. The dryer was not in the room. Just to be fair, I also did not ask them to bring one. Moreover, the shower was super slippery, and no shower slipper were provided.
