This was our second stay at this hotel. Our flight arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, and the staff accommodated us in our room at the earliest possible time, allowing us to recover from our travel fatigue. Everyone, from the receptionist to the valet, from the staff serving coffee in the lobby to the housekeeping staff, was very polite and friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of them. There is no doubt that I will choose the Sheraton family again on my next visit to Dubai.

A good place to stay for those on quick business trip with time to spare to explore the city.

Always been our favorite hotel but this time I was disappointed.

This is a hotel we visit yearly now for four years. Mainly to celebrate with family. Every year it is super. This year not so much.

This year unfortunately was not like every year. My request for my children’s birthday was ignored. The room cleanliness was not per usual.

Great hotel specially for shopping lovers

Very friendly and attentive staff, super clean.

Internet connection. The hotel was asking for Aed 50 per day for high speed internet (which is even higher than data package of Etisalat) and generally nowadays with internet everywhere, I find it unjustifiable. However, the staff were understanding enough to offer us the complementary high speed internet.

Loved the easy access to the mall. Room lighting was really good! That’s one thing often disappointing in most hotels but here it was done well. Very comfortable pillows which is an important factor for me. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was great value for money.

The traffic outside this property is insane but planning travel times accordingly helps.

The location, the Breakfast the lounge access and the service from all staff across the hotel. The reception will try to sell you an upgrade when you check in. honestly, I think these are good value but you have to check the rooms yourself as they try to offer the most expensive one at first and would not give you the full range of the rooms and upgrades available.

Guest relations employee… I had a misunderstanding on one of the offerings and she did not manage to deal with well and was adamant and tried to fault me, and it turned out it was their oversight

1 Star Service for 5 Star Hotel

Good location.

We originally booked the room for 3 May and later added another booking for 2 May due to unexpected event in Dubai. During checking in, I informed the staff about this and he confirmed that it will be the same room from 2 & 3 May (2 nights). I paid for both days and took my room card keys. The problem started on afternoon of 3 May about 3 pm when we returnwd from the mall and could not access our room. I asked the nearby house-keeping staff for assistance and she said that my room was due for check-out that day. We had to make our way to the reception (change of lifts) to find out what happened. Met the same staff who had checked me in the day before and asked him why my card keys were deactivated despite me telling him that I will have the same room for both days that have been paid for both days. He explained that it's hotel procedures. I countered that he should have explained it to me earlier so that I can have the room cards reactivated without having to make my way to the room and finding out the that cards did not work. Anyway, the room cards were reactivated and we managed to get to our room. An hour later about 4 pm while I was asleep in the room, a hotel staff knocked on the door to tell me that I was supposed to check out. I had to explained about the 2 bookings for the same room, showed the booking details and my payment for both days and the fact that I had reactivated my room cards just an hour earlier. To make matters worst, another staff knocked at the door and hour after this to check on the minibar. Terrible and unprofessional service.
