    Stay to attend an on-site training course. Good quality of food served during tea break and lunch, local and taste authentic. Food selection were refresh everyday and all taste nice. Room cleanliness was superb, good bed and pillow. Hotel provides good quality shower gel and shampoo, not dried up the skin after used.

    The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and lots of varieties. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. Requested for birthday deco for my husband. The deco was disappointing however the cake was nice

    Hotel location is right next to the KL Sentral train station. There is NU Sentral mall next to the hotel. Excellent location and very accessible to public transportation to explore KL.

    I stayed there for 2 nights and it was rated as 4 star hotel. The hotel is rundown and the service are deteriorating. I have no choice to stay there just because of the location to my office (KL Sentral). Otherwise, you can get a better hotel in the city. Overall experience was very poor from the checking/checkout (long queue) and limited staff, there's no 4* customer service, the rooms are very basic and you have to pay for the parking as well.
