The property was peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by natural trees and birds. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. Hussin and his wife were kind and welcoming, and they prepared a fresh and delicious dinner. The authentic Moroccan breakfast and relaxing garden made our stay unforgettable. Thanks Hussin

Houssaine and Aziz are brilliant hosts, Always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They went out of their way to organise day trips for us and answered any queries we had. The tourism company has professional and courteous drivers-Rasheed, Hamza, Abdulhameed and Zachariah. Beautiful Riad.

Under the beds and furniture, there was a lot of dust. The hot water was unpredictable. Most days we would wait 10 mins for the water to warm up before we could shower. Some days we didn’t get hot water. The housekeeping staff didn’t give out fresh towels easily in the rooms or at the poolside. The door locks were tricky to use. The TV didn’t work but they managed to get that fixed. The heating didn’t work very effectively in our room when the weather became abit colder. The breakfast was good but very repetitive and limited. We got very bored after a while. The food on site was good but expensive.

A truly beautiful location, exactly as in the pictures, it almost feels like a royal palace. Don’t be put off by the road leading there; although you arrive via sandy tracks, the location itself is amazing and has a fantastic garden full of flowers. The rooms were spacious and beautiful as well, with a very large and comfortable bed. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Communication with the hosts, Houssaine and Aziz, was easy and efficient; they were always available via WhatsApp and regularly checked in to make sure everything was to your liking. The breakfast was amazing too, the best we had in Morocco, with fresh fruit, omelet and bread etc. We had dinner at the riad twice, which was nice as well. We found the lunch portion size on the smaller side. I booked a lovely hammam session with Rashida, who was very professional and took great care to adapt everything to my pregnancy. Besides the hammam and massages you can book day trips to Marrakech among others. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Nothing major to mention. However, to make the experience truly perfect, a bit more attention could be paid to the finishing touches, for example, refreshing the bathroom paint or upgrading the upper terrace area for the view on the mountains.
