Convenient location. Having a basin in a room. Allowed us to drop off luggage before check in.
Toilet flush pump had problems (running water and not fill up the pump). I often had to fix the problem manually before using the toilet. A staff who dealt with check in didn’t speak English. Because we drop off our luggage and process our ID and tax payment upon arrival from the Barcelona airport with another staff who spoke English, it was easier while another traveller was having trouble communicating with the non English speaking staff.

Perfect location and very clean. Room was just needed for a few nights and was perfect and cleaned everyday.
Bed could be comfier and only 2/4 staff members we encountered spoke English but able to use google translate so not a big deal

Amazing location just outside las ramblas, 10 minute walk from the main square plaza Catalunya, various stores in the area; retail, grocery, cafes, restaurants. Clean room, helpful staff, daily changing of towels, hair dryer in the room,
Even though all amenities were present, given its central location there was quite a lot of noise during the night which interrupted sleep sometimes.

I liked the location and the price. I liked the staff; they were friendly. There is a market and a metro station nearby
The internet didn’t work in the room. Wi-Fi was only available in the common area, which is very inconvenient when traveling — you can’t even plan a route.
It was also very noisy; you could hear the neighbors at 2 a.m.
Two showers are not enough for the whole floor, so there were often queues.
The faucet in the room is old.
There is a bedside table only for one person, even though the room is for two.
I would like the curtains and walls to look a bit fresher and cleaner.
