Wonderful stay, delighted with the birthday gift left for my sister, fantastic views of Shanghai comfortable beds and great breakfast. Close to all attractions and great views of the bund.

The swimming pool was fabulous, along with the breakfast.

The location was convenient to walk to IFC Mall
1. Shower head not working as it should be. Splash all over.
2. The black out blind had a tear but but still gives a blackout
3. Leak of droplets from the ceiling at entrance to toilet n wardrobe
Pillows were really too soft
4. Breakfast were not up to the mark of a 5 star hotel. Too little choices
5. They dont accept Touch n Go Alipay. Only Alipay from China. As a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. So inconvenient.

Big room
Breakfast not good, took long time to come when you ordered the food. I finished my buffet and my egg Benedict arrived in 40 mins after I am already on my dessert, staff in restaurant has poor English. Lack of staff in restaurant
