Great experience overall.
Clean place, nice room, everyone very polite and in general a comfortable stay. We relaxed a lot and would definitely recommend :)

Even though we were given a free upgrade we were really disappointed. Thankfully the views were amazing unfortunately the noise from the pool spoilt the opportunity for tranquility
We arrived to what felt like a village pool party at the pool. Music was so loud, the only place you could get peace was if you locked yourself in your apartment. They also had music playing at the bar but this couldn't be heard so was annoying. There was no cutlery, plates or cups in apartment and the restaurant only provided pizza or toast. The air con hardly worked, so ended ip trying to sleep on sofa where loft bedroom so hot. Very disappointing when several reviews said it was a really relaxing venue.

The room was very comfortable, the view spectacular, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

the location was great. everything else was terrible
the staff was rude. the room dirty. they advirtise that they have a spa bath but it doesnt work(for years as they told us at the end) no towels, no kitchen utensils. no hot water. not even batteries for the tv remote control.i really dont understand why they charge 100e this room
