家族とはじめて行きました。 足が不自由だったので階段気になっていましたが 事前に連絡をしていたので、段の少なめの場所を選んでいただいたこととレンジを用意してくださり助かりました。 鹿とたぬきと遭遇 自然の中で過ごすことがないのでとてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。
・チェックイン前に近くのコンビニから氷を買ってから行きましたが、正方形の冷蔵庫のみで冷凍庫部分なし氷が入れられませんでした。暑がりなので、冷凍庫が無いのはとても困りました。 ・夜に戻ることが多く駐車時に真っ暗闇のなか駐車位置が分かりづらく何処に停めていいのか落ちたらどうしようっとなりました。明かりが欲しいと思いました。 露天風呂付きでしたが使い方が分からなかった。

The breakfast was truly outstanding - a buffet with every imaginable option. All to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and took the time to hear what it was we were looking for.
Well, the weather was not terrific, but I can't blame that on the staff. Also, there was a shortage of staff people in the lobby and for registration - it was clear that the few there were somewhat over-worked.

予約後に宿泊先に予約した部屋は自炊設備が揃っているかを問い合わせたところ、揃っている旨の回答があったのですが、当日部屋に着くと自炊設備やキッチンがない部屋でした。 事情を話したところ、予約した部屋は自炊設備のない部屋とのことですが、予約時の状況を考慮して、自炊設部ありの部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。
