Location - Park Place is centrally located in Montreat, directly across the street from beautiful Robert Lake Park and the Montreat tennis courts. We are walking distance to everything in Montreat, a 5 minute drive to Black Mountain town center, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville and Biltmore.
Features - Fully renovated in 2013 and continuously updated, this Air Conditioned home features wonderful outdoor spaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, comfortable sleeping areas, and is located in the ideal Montreat location.
Main Floor - The main floor includes a large outdoor deck, kitchen/den/dining combination as well as a spacious living room, all overlooking Robert Lake Park, the Bill Wilde Youth Center, and tennis courts.

The house was nice but when we arrived there were problems with electricity in some rooms. We were advised to check the fuse box and the problem was solved quickly. The main problem was that the garbage container was located in the designated parking area and was not secured. One night a bear removed the container from its base and severely damaged my daughter’s car with deep dents and scratches.. Her insurance will cover it but with a 500 deductible. We asked for some help with the deductible but the owner refused to take any responsibility saying only that we had been warned about bears. The car was in the designated parking area as was the garbage container. This would not have happened if the garbage container had been secured as were most in the area!What a shame that our vacation will be remembered for the owners lack of response!

Such a wonderful location! Perfect for young children! Very clean and hosts are very responsive. Glad we were able to make some wonderful holiday memories here.

Great location. Abundant space. Home is well-configured for time to be all together and quiet time too. Have rented this perfect family home several times and would do so again. Kitchen is well- equipped.
