Location - Park Place is centrally located in Montreat, directly across the street from beautiful Robert Lake Park and the Montreat tennis courts. We are walking distance to everything in Montreat, a 5 minute drive to Black Mountain town center, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville and Biltmore.
Features - Fully renovated in 2013 and continuously updated, this Air Conditioned home features wonderful outdoor spaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, comfortable sleeping areas, and is located in the ideal Montreat location.
Main Floor - The main floor includes a large outdoor deck, kitchen/den/dining combination as well as a spacious living room, all overlooking Robert Lake Park, the Bill Wilde Youth Center, and tennis courts.

Great location. Abundant space. Home is well-configured for time to be all together and quiet time too. Have rented this perfect family home several times and would do so again. Kitchen is well- equipped.

Fantastic location and layout. Excellent amenities and all the useful kitchen appliances that make you truly feel at home. Easy check-in/check out. By far, the best home we’ve found in Montreat!
