good location, let down by the shower and bed

Good location

aircon didnt work and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we woke up with bad back pain every morning. no extra pillows were kept within the room either. there was also black mould all over the grouting within the shower and a crack on the toilet lid

Vacation in Geneva

I like the location it was excellent near bus stations, two supermarkets very near Aldi and Denner and a restaurant Rumi, also ten minutes walk to gare cornavin Geneva Also I like the staff was very helpful and friendly and the cleaning standard

First the room was small for three persons. No sufficient place to keep our clothes so we had to keep some in our bags. No sufficient hang points in toilet. Finally no mini bar or small fridge.

Quick & convenient

I needed somewhere to stay very late at night, having missed my last train. This was an excellent option and reasonably priced.

Considering I was only in the hotel for 6.5 hours, it was perfectly fine.

No fridge or kettle/coffee/tea in the room. That was really quite annoying as we were in Geneva for about a week and it is blooming expensive. Also I am vegan and it meant I couldn't just buy my own soy milk and keep it in the fridge. Only one charging point. No charging points for USB-C or USBs.

Excellent stay , convenient, comfortable budget hotel.

Great hotel, bus stop outside to get into town and just over the road for the airport. Easy 20 minute walk to the lake, 5 minute walk to the train station. Ten minute walk to the UN and conference centre. Good clean room with everything you need, nice comfy bed and big shower. We used the bar once to get a glass of wine to take to our room didn’t eat in the hotel. Quiet at night. Staff were helpful.

There wasn’t anything could criticise for a budget hotel.

Key cards a pain, kept locking us out. Our booked room wasn't available and we were called back to move rooms, which we couldn't do. It was never acknowledged in person.

Convenient, fairly priced family room close to the city center: great for our short stay in Geneva

The two connected rooms worked well for our family of 4. Good beds, good bathroom, nice flat screen smart TV. Everything was clean and comfortable. I liked the safe parking for our car in the basement. The location was good: close enough to the city center. Free public transportation passes were provided with our booking. It was nice though we didn't (need to) make use of it. Price was good relative to other offerings.

Breakfast was not included in the price, and it was quite expensive to add it to our booking. Hence, we didn't use it and found less expensive options in the city. The restaurant is fairly priced, but food options limited. We didn't use it.

No room comforts like tea and coffee facilities, breakfast was ok but felt I was in a high end hostel than a hotel. At €250 a night I would have expected so much more. Its a convenient hotel with no comfort. Some staff were amazing others had no customer relations skills. Mainly younger staff with lack experience in the hospitality sector.

Very disappointed with booking.com service . Got the room near elevator. People are getting in and out causing noise . Called Booking.com to complain as hotel staff denied to change the room . Now switching to other platforms like Agoda and trip advisor.

Standard hotel chain, within but not beyond expectation.

It’s a known chain and has the basic amenities and facilities. Can’t go wrong but cant expect too much either. It’s located slightly far from city centre but good connection with public transport, there is boulangerie nearby and a discount supermarket.

The room had only 2 flat pillows and had a 4 in 1 shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and face wash. Could have invested in keeping them separate.

Location was convenient for the train station, in a residential area. Staff were very helpful. Bar area was great, with an outdoor patio.

The Receptionist is way too rude and talks in a bad way. we paid for the extra sofa bed for our 8 years old daughter . we were not able to open it and called reception two times and said they will send someone . we waited until 11 PM and then daughter had to sleep with us and it was very difficult: when asked receptionist the next day , she behaved way too rude and not told it’s not her problem. very bad

A pleasant staying

Good location, the neighborhood was lovely, near to a residence parc and to the city center.

The tables and the chairs from the terrace wasn't clean. Also the terrace wasn't open because of the rain, but it was really a few drops, and the floor was dry, so in our opinion there was no reason to keep it closed.
