About this apartment rental
"Sunset" is a renovated vacation apartment with a large terrace right on the natural beach, with a wonderful view of the bay and the port of Pollença. Here it will be impossible not to disconnect during your vacation! The old town of Alcudia is just a 5-minute drive away. You can enjoy pleasant barbecues on the covered terrace with sea views or relax on one of the loungers.
The spacious living room, open to the kitchen, is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi. Additionally, the living room has another table and chairs for indoor dining, if desired.
The apartment is equipped for 6 people. It is clean, comfortable, and has a well-maintained style. It is distributed on a single floor with three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms with showers make your stay much more pleasant.
Quiet area ideal for taking long walks along the coast with stunning views of Pollença Bay to Cap de Formentor. In the surrounding area, there are shops, restaurants, and many tourist attractions.
Electricity: 0.23 euros/kWh, according to consumption. Deposit of 100 euros/week
The tourist tax/tourist tax and the deposit are not included in the price. They will be charged upon arrival in cash.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, abseits der Touristenströme.Die Kommunikation war fantastisch! Antworten jedes Mal innerhalb einer Stunde. Die Wohnung war wirklich gut präsentiert und makellos sauber. Gute Aussicht. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein freundlicher Vermieter, leider nur spanisch sprechend. Dank Google Übersetzer konnte notwendige Kommunikation erfolgen. Die Wohnung ist toll.

We really liked the location & the terras of the apartment. It was also very clean upon arriving. However, the photos in the advertisement are totally outdated! The house is nót at all that shiny & bright anymore and it has a lot of practical flaws. There is eg. very little water pressure to shower; half of the cooking pans do not fit induction; there is a very unpleasant smell from the drain in both bathrooms spreading into the house... The accomodation certainly has its pluspoints but reality is not what the ad shows.
