The staff, location and even the rooms were brilliant they were well maintained the only issue I had was the shower room got easily wet and sprayed but that's the only fault. I was kept up to date such as the spirit house and a party which was nearby and the respected individuals if they didn't like the loud noise they offered a room change subject to availability. However earplugs were given anyway The staff I seen daily were brilliant I would list them all but unfortunately I couldn't get everyone's name I haven't seen a better hotel team in my entire stay in Thailand. I'm grateful that I have seen these wonderful people Thiha. Khin and Zin would always greet me with a smile on their face. Knowing me by face knowing what I usually have and just excelling in every department. 10/10 team. The reception team were brilliant! From the minute I walked in for the first time I felt so welcomed and I really cannot fault them either. Martin was a brilliant staff member part of the bar team he was always willing to have a conversation!

Aside from the shower nothing at all!
