Very good welcome, good size room, quiet, pleasant outlook. Breakfast room with lovely view of canal, boats, parkland.
It was very cold weather and heater took quite a while to warm up the room, also no heating in shower room. Heating controlled by reception. Quilt rather thin - we did ask for and were given extra blankets. Would all be excellent in warm weather!

Friendly staff, rooms spotless but bathroom fittings starting to show age, . Bed very comfortable, all expected facilities provided.
Shower in bath ! Who takes a bath when travelling ? Please convert to shower as disabled like myself cannot use.

Very quiet. Very pleasant receptionist/
Hotel reception area was freezing cold. Air con did not heat room well. Had trouble finding property.
