This 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhouse is located in a beautiful private beach, in the peaceful area of Inlet Beach. Our beach is private so it is never crowded so you can stay safe while sitting and playing on the beach. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated! With a both covered and open porches overlooking the beach and ocean, you can literally step off the patio onto the soft white sand! Enjoy the beach and the sunset from the porch or living room. Even the master bedroom has an ocean front balcony! Exceptional value for a 1275 square foot townhome directly on the beach in such an amazing location. Has wifi internet and cable! We also have solar power providing a large portion of the energy needs for this home, so rest safe knowing it is a sustainable vacation home.
It is very close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops in Inlet Beach as well as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove, and Seaside.

We love this location. It is close to all the restaurants and shops without the crowded craziness of 30a, and the proximity to the water can’t be beat. We will be back!

We had a lovely family vacation! The location is exceptional with gorgeous ocean views and a very easy, short path to the beach. The house was supplied with all of our basic needs for the week. We used a couple of beach chairs, beach umbrella, and floats from the house. I was concerned our family of 5 might feel cramped but the space was just right. We loved that the beach area was not very crowded but we could also easily make trips to Rosemary, 30A or Panama City Beach for shopping and entertainment. We would recommend this spot to family or friends and would love to visit again!

Location location location! While the beach house is perfectly located directly on the beach with private path and private beach area, the house definitely lacks some updating! Unfortunately we were greeted by a pile of dog poop on the deck, which took till the next afternoon to be picked up. I thought the house was not allowing dogs? As the inside appeared to be clean, if you want to use any dishes, you had to clean them again before using, they were dirty, rusted or broken. Very disappointing as I was planning to prep some meals. Some of the appliances are very vintage, the toaster and iron is probably from the 70s and has seen better days. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced! You can feel the springs! The outdoor furniture on the top deck is completely ripped and broken. The beach chairs and toys in the shed are all rusted or broken! It’s like a grave yard of beach stuff in there! Kim has been amazing in responding, but wish they would update the interior with new kitchenware, outdoor furniture and mattresses. I love the location, but due to the cleanliness I don’t think I will return unfortunately. This could be such a gem!
