    Everything good except one thing, mold in shower. Hotel nice and room nice. Breakfast solid. Absolutely best locator exploring Taichung. The shower needs a deep scrub to remove some mold build up. Other than that super solid across the board.

    We initially booked here because it was close to the competition venue. However, after arriving we found out that it was close to a night market, right in the mall, and a very clean environment.

    I booked 2 rooms for other guests to stay in, with payment to be made directly at the hotel, and I had already changed the booking name to match exactly the name of one representative guest for check-in. However, when my guests arrived to check in, the receptionist only allowed them to receive 1 room under the representative guest’s name. The other room was refused because the name did not match. If the hotel’s policy requires the correct name for each guest in each room, then why did the hotel not request a guest list in advance for bookings with more than 2 rooms, instead of refusing check-in upon arrival? The check-in process at this hotel is very confusing.

    Overall is standard but this room type doesn’t have Window with city but only have windows inside the building.
