If you love living in a cave for a few days this is the place.

The location, restaurant and bar, views and the whole vibe. Kimono the dog

Bathroom had only a curtain instead of door. The jacuzzi was leaking and felt unsafe to use. Had a scorpion visiting which we would have loved to know how to deal with them in advance

Three days holiday in capadocia

Location is good, the nature of reconstructions of the building is interested. The breakfast is normal

The room is not suitable for us. The bed room is supposed to be a cave but it is not comfortable and sands was falling from the roof all the day, besides the room near the road and the noises all the time. The important thing is that the Arabic woman who is responsible for the reception was not straight forward, she tried to make all tourist activities through her, unfortunately it turned out later that she wanted to profit more from tourist companies

Would be great if not stuck in the road in front of the hotel.

We went there as a couple and stayed in the junior suite. We enjoyed the room itself, it is very well designed inside a partial cave, with great lighting. The room itself is strongly recommended.

If you drive to the hotel, at the point of departure from the main road the road gets a high slope and narrows down. This part is manageable. However, there is a “road” right in front of the hotel, which gets narrow enough that we were stuck there for at least an hour. We had to maneuver backwards inch by inch to be able to get the car out. Unfortunately, the hotel personnel claimed thar they never heard of this road, which is under their nose. There is no sign at the entrance of this road, I suggested them to add a sign post, but they did not care. This tells a lot about their perception.

Charming place with great views

The cave room we stayed in was pretty cool and incredibly spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant is also amazing, tasty food and the views are super romantic both in the morning and in the evenings.

If we were to be picky - some of the adobe was falling from the walls of the cave room; nothing they could do about it, but furniture would get covered in it overnight, which we found a bit annoying as we sometimes had open suitcases or other stuff covered in it too. Honestly nothing you can’t deal with by just keeping your suitcases closed or food covered - and worth for the authentic atmosphere!

Very nice room and nice staff!

We had a wonderful room with super bathtub in it, it was clean and with all the facilities. The staff was nice and organised a quad ride for us. It had a nice terrace where we had breakfast and dinner with a super view of Urgup

Expected more

The concept of the hotel was really nice

The rooms are really far away from the restaurant. There is no fan or air conditioning, which is troublesome since it gets very hot in the day. The bathtub is faulty. The room service is very bad and it takes forever for your food to come. The reception cannot speak english properly and they have problems communicating

Stay at DERE cave suited

The property is unique in thei sense that all rooms are carved out of natural caves and the surrounding presents a very unique serene view. The suite room which we stayed in was quite spacious including sizeable bathroom. The only inconvenience was that due to lack of any AC or fan in the room we felt suffocating at night

No AC / FAN in room was suffocating at night . Room lighting was also in sufficient. Better VEG options needed for breakfast

Everything and the fact the staff would take the extra mile to make our stay pheasant especially Iftekhar.

it’s not that I didn’t like but the property has no AC but the staff immediately provided fans upon request; which was extremely sufficient.

Dreamy Stay in Cappadocia

The staff was very helpful. They helped us with the tours, the balloon excursion, and the airport transfers. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes by walk to the city center where you could find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel has amazing views and a fabulous restaurant too.

The wifi was perfect outdoors but a little bit weak in the bedroom.

A memorable stay

Beautiful room and location! Staff were friendly and very helpful with our enquiries + arranging bookings. There was a nice restaurant also located within the hotel with great views.
