The condo is the end unit at far end of complex, overlooking grass area (No view of cars or traffic). Really nice and quiet!
Living space is on 2 levels with attached garage below.
Each bedroom has a connecting bathroom.

We stayed here for the final four weekend and had a wonderful experience. Sizable apartment with great living room and community pool with hot tub. Exceeded expectations.

Very nice and clean condo to stay at. Close to the airport and light rail statio.Plenty of restaurants and stores to go out to eat and shop. Nice pool to relax at.

I must admit we've had much better rentals with VRBO before. Although the owner, Dawn, was quick to respond to our initial complaint of water on the kitchen floor because of a leaky faucet, it was quite obvious that this unit could use some TLC. The carpet needs refreshing, the furniture is dated, both bathrooms need renos and the kitchenware is sub-standard.
The location is ideal because it is central to all the attractions Phoenix has to offer. Access to the property is easy since Dawn gives a remote for the gate and garage.
Dawn is a caring owner. We had to leave earlier than scheduled because of COVI-19 and she agreed to refund beyond the VRBO recommendation.
