Welcome home to your high end condominium. Enjoy the remodeled 1100sqft space with high ceilings, high end finishes and plenty of natural light. The space consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, full kitchen, dining area, full size private laundry, and private furnished shaded balcony. The gated complex has 2 pools and community bbq. Unit is furnished with all the essentials. Perfect location, with great dining, attractions and transportation. Assigned parking spot included.

Cook your heart away in the fully decked out kitchen. Finally, sleep like a baby in either bedroom with cozy California King mattresses and linens.

I was torn between a 5 star and 4 star review. I ended up doing a 4, but it is a nice place. Be aware: the entire complex is on a shared heating/cooling system which can only do heating all winter and only cooling all summer. Upon arrival, 90 degree day in April, the condo complex system is still set to heat. No way to cool down condo other than opening windows and leaving the front door open (recirc fan per instructions but not working) and no portable or pedestal fans in the unit. Voiced our concerns on both the need for pedestal fan(s) and that the recirc wasn't working and no response. Other than that, the unit was cute, it's in a very old complex but inside had a very nice remodel. Two more items I would address as an owner: the projector threatre experience is just dreadful-it's noisy, the wall is way too textured, and there is a very noticeable dark blotchy patch in the entire center of the picture, along with text never being in focus despite adjustments, and the couch is way too deep to be comfortable without stacking multiple pillows behind you. The small Roku Tv's in the bedrooms were a nice touch, however. Again, overall, a very nice place but could use a few tweaks. I would stay here again, but not until I confirmed the promised AC was in fact operational!

Stayed here for 2 nights before a medical procedure. The Community seemed safe and well maintained. The unit was cute and comfortable and provided us an excellent roomy alternative to a hotel! The owners were very responsive and made sure I had what I needed. I am fairly new to vacation rentals vs. hotels and this stay certainly made me a believer :)
