La posizione è centralissima, ma l'affaccio su via Arpi è tranquillo anche durante il fine settimana. Il servizio è puntuale ed impeccabile; ho molto apprezzato la possibilità di disporre di una cucina in comune.
Solo piccoli dettagli da migliorare: avrei gradito che fosse fornita una bottiglietta di acqua insieme alla colazione, e lo sgabello della scrivania è un po' scomodo se si ha la necessità di lavorare.

L'accoglienza che mi è stata riservata aveva il sapore della gentilezza e del calore, che si incontrano sempre più raramente. La struttura è moderna. Le modalità del soggiorno flessibili ed efficienti. Ottimo!

Central location
Poor communication with staff - when I arrived to check in there was no answer at the door, only to be informed half an hour later that my room was in fact in a different building a few streets away. This was not a problem but staff should inform guests in advance to make the process easier.
