It’s a beautiful and feels protected from the bustle of the city despite being so easy to access, and close to everything. We loved the pool and the garden as well.
My only critique is that the room furniture could use some dressers (drawers for storage) for people staying for several days. I think a bench or something else to sit on by the window would add a lot of value to the rooms.

Breakfast and staff and chef were excellent. Nice spread and friendly people.
It was excellent but I have a few suggestions:
I saw webs in 331 room near the table lamp and also the glass slab by the table lamp that covers a small portion of the bathroom.
I had to wait almost 30 mins for checking on the 13th of August, around 2pm.
Also if possible can two fobs be provided to guests as lifts don’t operate without it and the lights in the room do not work if one carries the fob.
The place can be cleaned better, the bathroom had stains and looks very dull and dark. I did not find the look n feel clean.
