We stayed in the executive suite which was excellent, spacious and beautiful. All the staff were exceptional and very helpful. We also had some treatments at the spa and it was heavenly. Highly recommend. Big shout out to “Teddy Bear” for all of his help!

The villa itself is really gorgeous. It’s really spaceous and private pool is great. Outdoor bathroom is super cozy.

Breakfast was not worth the money. Villa’s customer service didn’t meet my expectations. We had to ask multiple times for the staff to clean our villa, communication between staff members did not work, one staff member was not speaking english at all, I asked to get romantic setup to our villa before coming but end up not getting that, when we arrived staff didn’t tell us about laundry service or renting a bike. Everything had to be resolve later by ourselves. Also the dishes and cutleries in our villa were really dirty.

A huge thank you to "the teddy bear" who made our stay so special. He noticed it was my birthday and set up a beautiful decoration, making my day even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team! The villa was simply magnificent!

What stood out most during our stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. When we requested to move to a different villa, they were incredibly accommodating—kind, understanding, and quick to make it happen. The new villa was much more suited to us, and we really appreciated how smoothly the transition was handled. The bed was very comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay overall.

While there were aspects of our stay that we really appreciated—especially the exceptional hospitality from the staff—we did feel a bit let down by the overall condition of the property, especially given the premium price we paid. When we arrived at our first villa, we noticed that the pool was green. I mentioned this to a staff member on our first day, and while he said he would look into it, the water only became murkier as the days went on. Unfortunately, this meant we didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it, which was disappointing as a private pool was one of the main reasons we booked. After a few days, I shared our concerns more directly, and to their credit, the team responded kindly and quickly, relocating us to a similar-style villa for the final two nights of our stay. The pool there was clean, and we were much happier—a big thank you to the staff for making that happen so smoothly. The villas themselves don’t quite match the photos online, and we feel that some updates or improvements to the presentation would really lift the experience. They appear quite dated in places, which was a bit of a letdown. That said, the staff truly made a difference—they were warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout. Their service was definitely the highlight of our stay.
