Karma House Ungasan

The pool and grounds were lovely. Kitchen and lounge facilities were great. The location is great as 15/20 min grab either way to melasti beach / jimbaran beach. Easy to access Main Street with mall and shops nearby

Small bathroom and heavy mosquito presence.

Everything was great! Anna was super kind and attentive. The house was pretty, it has everything we needed. The breakfast and coffee were so good. Marvellous!

Nothing.

Karma House is a beautiful oasis with amazing staff, specifically Ibu Anna took amazing care of us and would very accommodating, bringing us food and preparing a beautiful breakfast in the pool.

The rooms are not so well isolated so I recommend using ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The manager is a pleasant and helpful woman. The hotel has a nice design, beautiful furniture, and lots of plants everywhere, the live tree in the bathroom was really impressive! However, I didn't quite get having a kitchenette right there next to the toilet, but it's certainly an interesting design choice

Both showerheads and the shower hose were leaking heavily, water was spraying onto the wall and the floor, with barely any hitting you. There was nowhere to hang towels, as there were no hooks or decorative ladder like in the photos. The towels themselves had a musty smell. On top of that, the bathroom walls were covered in something black that looked like mold During our one-night stay, the Wi-Fi didn't work anywhere in the hotel (other guests had the same issue). The manager explained it was a provider outage In our private patio, the umbrella was covered in a layer of dust and mold. The outdoor sofa shown in the photos was replaced with a large armchair instead. Also, the lights in our patio couldn't be turned off, likely because they are connected on a single switch across the whole property Lastly, the soundproofing is poor, you can hear everything happening in the main courtyard and neighboring rooms, so you'll definitely need earplugs to get a good night's sleep
