Georgette Hôtel & Restaurant

Nicely appointed room. Air-conditioning was great. The washroom and shower were great. The staff was very friendly and someone was always there. Location was great. Would gladly stay there again. Very good and reasonably priced restaurants in the area.

Room was really small but I only used it for sleeping and a bit of work. It might be a bit tight for two people as there is no real area to sit except for the bed. A usb port would have been helpful. That's it, otherwise it exceeded expectations.

Location and hotel staff were lovely. A very nice breakfast. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

My biggest concern was with the housekeeping practices. Upon returning late at night, I was shocked to find the door to our room left wide open, propped by a stopper leaving our belongings exposed and our safety compromised. This serious lapse in security left me feeling uneasy for the remainder of my stay. Such negligence is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to address this issue to ensure guest safety. While it is rated as a four-star property, it didn't quite live up to that standard. The room was quite small, which is typical for the area, but it lacked the sense of comfort I expected at this rating, especially considering the rising city tax tied to the hotel's star level.
