The reception, bar and restaurant and housekeeping staff were all friendly, professional and efficient. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. One of party is visually impaired and the hotel room, restaurant and reception areas were all easily accessible.
The food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast represents very good value for money.
The hotel is very convenient for the short monorail ride to Luton airport and is only a 30 minute drive from places of interest such as Bletchley Park. London is only 30 to 40 minutes by train. We would stay at the hotel again.
We found nothing that caused dissatisfaction.

didnt have the room tyrp we booked available so had to have single beds.

Situation in relation to Airport
Parking spaces far too small. I was told I did not need to book to park, yet I was the last car able to park in the car park. The spaces are far too small, mine was next to a bush that had been allowed to grow too large. The paint on my car wing mirror was scratched as a result. It’s not an ideal place to park and fly in my opinion
