    A good and quiet place to stay for a night. A bit far from hbf (about 20 minutes walk) but there're tram and bus stops. Had a problem with the door in the first room where we were placed (it just didn't unlock) and after we told about it, we got immediately another room, which I found even better. I'm very grateful for a quick solution cause we were in a hurry and had to come back at night, so it was important that we could get inside without any issues when there's no one there to help us. As a bonus we had a nice view from the window

    Was in Duisburg for business and stayed here of 10 days. First impression from a locality point of view was uncomfortable but I will say that the Hotel Staff from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Breakfast Control was absolutely delightful. They were very professional and up to the task and ensured that every issue that was raised, was resolved ASAP. If you are someone looking for a clean comfortable and no-frills type of hotel which has cleanliness on top of its agenda, then this is definitely the place to consider. As I say earlier, the location might not be the best but it makes up everywhere else. I was a very happy guest.
