Excellent location right in the heart of Lisbon downtown. It was very close to Pink street, riverside, green street and excellent restaurants. Public transit was also very close by. Overall, apartment size of small/ compact but it was okay for our 1 night stay.
The size of apartment was smaller for longer stays, however given the excellent location, it is difficult to find a big size apartment.

Access to the property was very convenient. Easy and convenient locker facilities to store luggage.
An electric kettle would have provided ability for a coffee or tea in the morning without need to go to a coffee shop.

Nice layout and cute decorating. Loved the bunk beds in the family room.
When we arrived with three tired children the code they gave us worked for the front door but not our room door. After repeated calls and emails they finally called us back and fixed it but it was about 45 minutes of hanging out in the lobby with cranky kids before we could get into our room.
