The jacuzzi needs to have a little cold water, the water needs to be warmer. And the spa needs to be open until 9:00-10:00 PM.

Nice chalet close to a forest and a hill, a peaceful stay!

The chalet was quite comfortable, very clean and silent. It looked over a hill and we even had a private fence which delimitated the property from the neighbors. Some of the receptionists were very kind, although not all.... The restaurant was cosy and we had a nice dinner one evening, but you need to book in advance.

Our teenage boys tried for 4 days to have access to the billiard, but the cues were NEVER available. There were people from other chalets who kept the cues for 2,5 days in a row!!! The receptionists were, supposedly, not entitled to contact them and ask them to return the cues. It s a pity that this aspect was not better regulated.

Bad experience, never again

The staff were horrible, especially the main man whose name was “Guy” at reception was horrible, he was rude and not helpful at all, and made our experience even worse than it was. They also treat you like the cleaner at the property, you have to put sheets on and NOT ONLY take them out but to take all sheets and towels to reception, take out the garbage. There’s not even hand soap at the property or shampoo or body wash. We arrived late at night and couldn’t even wash our hands after the bathroom because there was no soap. The reception also closes at 6pm. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend you do either.

Not what is advertised at all.

Nothing.

Chalets were really, really dirty. Meant to have full cooking facilities but had an electric grill you could only really fit a slice of bread in, no kettle, cutlery all old and dirty. Bedding old stained and dirty. Stairs in chalet really dangerous - have to come down them sideways and even then your foot doesn’t fit. Bugs in bed (ok it’s in the middle of the mountains but still), door wouldn’t lock properly. We stayed for one night then left - were meant to be there for a week.

You only pay for the stay and you have to pay more for basics.

Friendly staff and cosy place

The rate of staying is considered high compared to the value, we have to do our beds or pay more to get basic needs of the stay, like the washing soap is should be provided handfully so we can wash the dishs or clean the tables. When check we have no garbage bags and they are charging to get one! It’s making the experience worse.

We had a great holiday in a really beautiful setting with all you needed to both relax and be active.

Small but cozy cabins and that the property both had a swimmingpool, a place to play football and a good restaurant.

There wasn’t any Wi-Fi in the cabin.

No fan was provided when it was so hot in the chalet. There was extra charge for towels and bedsheets.

L’esprit petit chalet est très bien et agréable. Les prestations du restaurant étaient très bien.

Chalet sur chauffé. Coin salon inconfort avec les petit fauteuil. Piscine vétuste ou mal entretenue. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel.

L'accès au chalet très gadouilleux par temps de pluie (c'était notre cas) .Un peu de gravier ou des pas japonais seraient les bienvenus .

Agréable week-end

Bel accueil, endroit calme, plusieurs activités proposées sur place et les lieux étaient bien tenu. En plus d’un bon chauffage, nous n’avons pas eu froid du tout.

Les photos du site ne montraient pas vraiment la taille des lieux, nous avons eu un chalet assez exigu pour 6 personnes. J’ai trouvé l’heure de départ assez tôt, 11h auraient été mieux..

Маленькое, некомфортное помещение, неудобный стол и стулья, нет дивана - негде присесть отдохнуть. Под кроватью и везде на поверхностях пыль. Полусамообслуживание, заправлять кровати, убирать бельё и выносить мусор - должен ты сам.

Très bon moment en famille passé ici. 15 minutes de Munster et 30 de Colmar. C'était très propre, la piscine est agréable

Le fait de devoir payer pour avoir les lits faits. Les petits déjeuners à 12€, bien trop chers. Les "marches" pour accéder à nos 2 chalets, de simples blocs de pierre pas lisses. Le chemin du dessus pas éclairé, si pas de lampe sur nos téléphones, noir complet

Colazione abbastanza curata in rapporto al prezzo. Personale cordiale. Chalet ben riscaldato e biancheria pulita.

La zona spa non era abbastanza calda, non siamo riusciti a utilizzare la sauna,anche la temperatura dell'idromassaggio era tiepida. Nello chalet la tavoletta del wc era instabile e sia in cucina che nelle camere molte ragnatele e odore di chiuso.

Door de mooie omgeving en de rust op het park (met een leuk zwembad) echt genoten

Mooie ligging van de huisjes, met genoeg ruimte buiten in een schitterende omgeving. Veel voorzieningen om het park. Leuk zwembad, restaurant aanwezig en vlakbij het dorpje.

Het huisje was vrij klein voor 4 personen. Voornamelijk de tweede slaapkamer was wat ongelukkig gelegen zonder veel frisse lucht.

Prachtige omgeving, huisjes toe aan renovatie.

De omgeving is prachtig groen, er is rust. Je kunt mooie wandelingen doen vanuit het park. Het dorpje heeft gelukkig een bakkertje (een leuke wandeling door het bos) en er is ook een station. Restaurant op het park was oke, fijn dat het er is! Park (groen) ziet er mooi uit.

De staat van ons chalet. De vloer was verzakt in keuken, toilet en badkamer. Buiten zichtbaar verrotte balk..Het meubilair nauwelijks geschikt te noemen, binnen en buiten. Boven kon alleen onze dochter rechtop staan. De trap is een ladder, niet veilig met jongere kinderen Grote 6 persoons chalets niet geschikt voor 6 personen. Het geheel is aan een grote renovatie toe, inclusief zwembad , bubbelbad e.d. Wat ons betreft zijn de foto's te rooskleurig.
