Tropical Attitude (Adults Only)

The property presented well, had a beautiful outlook right onto the beach. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed. Staff were super friendly. Food was good.

We had no complaints.

The Hotel in general was quite beautiful. The stuff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing.

Nothing has disappointed me

Good location, very clean facilities, beautiful and well maintained property. They have parking on site and good security. Our cleaning lady Nazidah was very good and left us small towel sculptures every day. They have direct boat to Île aux cerfs which is a good add on.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The staff was slow and not interested, and there was no variety - same breakfast everyday. When I asked for scrambled eggs - the first day the guy prepared them like he was doing me a favour, and the next day, he burnt them. I stopped being interested in breakfast after that. Since the staff was so slow and unhelpful, we didn’t want to eat the property anymore. The receptionist when we checked in kept trying to push half board to me and thank god we didn’t take it. I had sent our marriage certificate (for honeymoon) in advance, and they still asked me for it upon checkin. Despite that, we got no honeymoon advantages - not even a well decorated room. The bartender at the pool bar seemed like he would be anywhere but there. When we took the boat back to our hotel from île aux cerfs, we had a family with kids who were not staying at the hotel and they had paid for the boat and then we didn’t dock at the hotel - security issue, added kids, hotel trying to make max money - make of that what you will. Lastly, they have a serious ant problem - even in the dining areas.
