    Stayed here for 3 nights for my honeymoon and we were pampered throughout. Food and spa were slightly expensive but the Japanese restaurant and Coco's cafe were really worth the money. The rooms and access to beach were absolutely amazing.

    Shangri-La Le Touessrok is a beautiful resort with outstanding facilities, spacious rooms, pristine beaches, and excellent amenities. The property itself truly delivers a luxury experience. However, the overall service did not consistently meet the standards expected from a five-star Shangri-La hotel. While some staff members were courteous, the service across the resort lacked consistency, attentiveness, and the warm hospitality that guests would expect. The exception was TSK Restaurant, where the experience was exceptional. The head chef at dinner service and his team went above and beyond to ensure every meal was memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and became one of the highlights of our stay. They deserve special recognition for providing the level of service that reflects the Shangri-La brand. .

One thing to note is that, while the resort offers several dining options, most of the restaurants didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of taste and variety. The clear standout, however, was Safran the food, presentation, and service there were exceptional, making it a highlight of my stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway with excellent hospitality, Shangri-La Mauritius is a great choice, and I would especially recommend dining at Safran during your visit.
