A very big room with a lounge as well as a bedroom. A large comfy bed and an excellent fast responsive shower. Hair dryer and shampoo provided. English spoken by receptionist and some of the other staff.
Bottom stretch sheet was a little odd but was changed when we asked it to be looked at. Continental breakfast of cheese and ham was a little boring every day with no choice. I would have liked a bit more variety.

That is not a 4 star hotel.Rooms are not even being cleaned.Restaurant open till 8 pm. Location right over the road. Rooms and beds are small.
