The staff on Friday were very welcoming. Bfast on Saturday and service was excellent. Loved the view.
Friday nights dinner was not up to standard with what we paid for. 2 chops 3 potatoes and a small bowl of veg. Went to bed hungry. R400 and a cherry for r120 fir 1 really small glass.
Then the change of staff on Sunday was shocking, not friendly nor efficient. Bfast was a disaster
Asked for medium poached eggs got hard. Ask fir toematoe sauce waited 10min for it so bfast was cold. Cuppaccino only got half a cup. Asked for bill before bfast and it wasn't done had to wait for 10min afterwards.
The wall plug in the room kept on flickering
The heater didn't work properly
I have stayed in 5 star establishments and this was definitely not 5 star

Wonderful to go asleep and wake up with the sound of the waves, the location is excellent! The staff treated us with respect and warmth and nothing was to much to ask. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious and fresh! We dined in one of the nights and was totally surprised at the level and quality of the food, couldn't have been better in any of the restaurants we tried. Even our car windows were cleaned from the mist in the mornings. We were spoiled and treated like prized guests. Thank you for a most lovely stay.
Absolutely nothing, everything was either meeting or exceeding our expectations.

Fantastic setting, beautiful views over the ocean. Rooms are very comfortable with everything you need.
The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Will definitely come back when we have the chance. One of the best places we ever stayed
