Everything was great except the towels

Disappointing. We expected better for the price and also compared to the pictures/description.

Overall the apartment was fairly clean and the air conditionings worked perfectly. The staff were very very nice, helpful and attentive (for instance one of the toilet seats was unscrewed when we arrived but the staff fixed it immediately). Bonus points for the location; close to the beach and other businesses.

The kitchen amenities were insufficient; only 2 drinking glasses for 5 guests, no forks and other missing elements necessary for cooking (for example no pan to cook). Also the bed linens could have been cleaner. The apartment looked better, cozier, in pictures.

A nice home away from home.

Super modern and clean. Quiet street. Very comfortable bed. Vivianne , the receptionist , offers exceptional service. She is a sweetheart.

La limpieza y el tamaño del departamento junto con la cama. También, el haber llegado tarde y que siempre haya personal disponible.

Que el departamento no era el de las fotos de cuando reservé, estaba bien igual pero era otro y se accedia por un piso por escalera. Tampoco me gusto que el gimnasio estaba a 10 cuadras.

Falta bebedouro de parede. Falta tv no quarto casal. Faltou tomadas atrás dos criados. O interfone para a recepção não funcionava. A varanda precisa de manutenção. O sofá cama é muito desconfortável, precisa de reforma.

Apartamento muito amplo e confortável, limpo, excelente atendimento na recepção pela Juliana e Letícia, a internet funciona bem, ótima localização, rua tranquila e silenciosa, perto da praia, de restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias e de transporte público, inclusive o metrô, a cesta de café da manhã (deixada na véspera) é ótima, mas poderia ter menos biscoitos e geleias industrializados e ter frutas e iogurtes, por exemplo, empresta toalhas, cooler e gelo para levar à praia, cama king, colchão confortável.

o blackout deixa passar luminosidade, havia um ou outro utensílio doméstico que não estava suficientemente abastecido ou completamente higienizado, mas as deficiências foram sanadas pela simpáticas funcionárias Juliana e Letícia. Também poderia ter um interruptor da luz (3way) na cabeceira da cama.

Determinado dia eu cheguei do trabalho às 23h30. Fui dormir e o ar condicionado começou a vazar água na minha cabeça e na cama, ele fica localizado em cima do cama. Falei com o Gil na recepção e ele me ofereceu outro quarto para dormir e falou que eu poderia trocar minhas coisas de quarto no dia seguinte. Eu expliquei para ele que iria sair mais cedo que o normal pois teria uma apresentação para fazer para meu chefe, e ele falou que estava tudo bem, que eu poderia trocar quando chegasse do trabalho e até me deixou os dois cartões. Dia seguinte de manhã eu fui sair bem cedo para trabalhar, pois iria da barra até o centro e moça da recepção não queria abrir o portão, disse que eu precisava trocar todas minhas coisas antes. Eu estava atrasado pro trabalho, com o Uber na porta do prédio e ela não queria abrir o portão para mim. Ela começou a gritar comigo como se eu fosse o errado ainda. Depois de eu ameaçar chamar a polícia pois ela estava me prendendo, ela abriu o portão para que eu pudesse ir trabalhar. A situação mais absurda do mundo. Vale ressaltar que o Gil, a Letícia e o Júlio foram bem educados e solicitos o tempo todo. Apenas a menina da confusão que deveria estar passando por algum problema e resolveu descontar em mim. Resumindo: o apto é caro demais pelo que oferece e ainda apresenta alguns problemas.
