Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

Very huge and many things to do around, we stayed too full days in the resort without leaving and it was close to the airport for our early morning home flightv

Traveling around needs a buggy and something it takes a long wait, walking is an option but the ways around are tooo steep and not friendly for strollers or elderly . There is nothing nearby but that's the idea of this resort!

Location, landscape gardens, staff, food

When we arrived we had to wait for our room, so did not get in it until 4.15pm even though check in is 3pm. The staff were nice and offered us a drink while we waited. The room was excellent and very clean with an amazing view of the ocean. Lots of mosquitoes around outside, but they had provided mosquito spray and a plug in repellent. There was not a lot of hanging space for clothes as we stayed 9 nights. The breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had especially the choice and most of the staff were extremely nice and very accommodating especially when breakfast was nearly ending and checking if we needed anymore coffees etc. to have in the restaurant or take away. the evening meals were nice at the Thai and Vero but we were very disappointed with our steaks at Vero's as our daughter who had been 3 years earlier was raving about them and especially the food in general at Vero's. Not sure if the chef's have changed but we were disappointed with our next meal there as well, so only visited twice where as my daughter and her partner went nearly every night for 2 weeks! The pool and facilities are excellent. At the bottom of the drive up to the resort there is a lovely Thai restaurant and a supermarket. We would definitely return and would recommend this resort, an amazing place to recharge your batteries.

The food at Vero's was disappointing and also we turned up on our 2nd night without booking at 7.50pm, unfortunately according to the staff we couldn't get a table until 8.30pm even though the restaurant was only a 1/4 full if that?

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Pullman Arcadia in Phuket, booked through your platform. Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find that major construction work was taking place within the hotel premises, around the pool and restaurant area. The ongoing construction caused continuous noise during the day, making it difficult to relax by the pool and the Azur Bar. Furthermore, the main restaurant was closed, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing at the time of booking. These conditions significantly affected the quality of my stay and do not reflect the description or photos shown on your website. I chose this hotel specifically for its relaxing environment and facilities, which were clearly unavailable due to the works. Given this situation, I kindly request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and misleading information provided. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
