It was big the land… and the beach club being next to the black beach with a nice view of the sea was wonderful

The standard rooms were very basic. And not much privacy. I have never been to a room this basic and small … esp when the land is huge. Literally u can look at your neighbors across the room. And it was not cheap these basic rooms… i don’t think these rooms are value for money.

They won’t allow Gojek drivers to collect customers. Instead you have to use the much more common local taxis, who then hassled us.

One of my favorite places on the planet. Amazing staff. Amazing property. Amazing everything. 5th stay and will be back again.

The price has gone up considerably over the last couple of years, but it does feel like there is added value every year….but I hope the trend doesn’t continue. This is about the top price I would want to pay.

Wonderful position, well designed, it has everything you need in close proximity. Food is incredible and the staff are all amazing.

Lovely hotel, great waves, watch your food choices

We went for the surf and yoga classes/gym. It was a great set up. 2 pools, restaurant on the beach, happy staff and nice gardens.

Well I got Bali belly on my second day from eating at their restaurant which was the worst I’ve ever had coming to Bali. They gave me some juice and soup for it but it didn’t help very much. They said I could get a Dr but I declined. I’m still getting over it.. I thought a good restaurant would be better hygenically but no.. so be careful. Also there was loud music 🎵 going at night, I couldn’t work out where it was coming from, maybe the kids club?

Komune is a new favourite - would definitely recommend

Love Komune, this was our 2nd time visiting and would definitely return. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food is amazing - every meal was spot on! Great location - Hubby could surf while I laid by the pool to watch. Kids also loved the kids club.

Only downside was some guests who had a bit of a domestic through the night and kept us awake as they were shouting outside our room. The manager was happy to hear about our experience and offered discount.

Wonderful retreat, every thing I was looking for.

The food was excellent, very healthy. Loved the health shots and juices. Excellent coffee and non-alcoholic cocktails. Excellent pool, loved the adult only pool. Excellent pilates reformer class.

The whole resort is amazing, two beautiful pools and gorgeous ocean views. The food was excellent with all dietary requirements meet. Lots of greenspace to utilise, so many facilities. Something for everyone. Have recommended this resort to friends and family.

Exceptional in every way!!!

This was my fourth stay and as always I absolutely loved it! If you are looking to holiday in peace and quiet this is the place for you. Staff are incredible and food is clean/ fresh and very well priced. The massages were fantastic and our gym instructor was awesome. Cannot recommend this place enough

The most incredible holiday at the Komune. Would recommend this resort 100 times over.

Staff were attentive and so friendly! We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a private pool which was just perfect! The room was neat and clean with all amenities and more! The resort is right on the beach so perfect for a morning or afternoon stroll!

There is a lack of night time activities, particularly for young adults. It would have been nice to go have a drink at a bar/play pool etc.

the hotel has everything you need. loved the adults only pool. food is amazing and so are the massages.

the standard rooms are very small for the price you paid. noisy neighbours at night sometimes . not a resort issue but it would be nice if parents didn’t let kids play with those noisy ball clacker toys in public areas, very annoying when trying to relax.

absolute freedom for the whole family

The freedom for a surfing Family, while my husband and son surf I could have the freedom to enjoy Daily yoga, gym the spar which is great value and amazing selection of healthy options at the Restaurants

After covid they are trying there best to get everything back to ship shape condition and its starting to take shape.
