Extremely close to Terminal 3 of the Chiang Mai bus station. The hostel was basic but very clean and the staff was friendly and waiting late to check us in after our bus was delayed. There is a laundry mat right next door and great places to eat right on the street.

The room and rest of hotel was very clean and there were common areas to read / to have coffee etc. it was in a good location for the bus station
The only thing I have to fault was the bed is very hard so was a restless night but others may not find this to be an issue.

Having travelled from Bangkok to Chiang Mai by bus for 10 hours I just wanted the closest room I could find when I got off the bus. This was a 5- 7 minutes walk away. It is a budget stay, for me only suitable for the one night. The owner was friendly, coffee was available downstairs self service. There is a Central Shopping Plaza within 15 minutes walk, it looks recently built and has a Tops supermarket as well as many other chain stores.
The room had no fridge or TV, the WiFi was unstable. In the morning the staff were talking loudly in the corridor and the room is not very well sound proofed.
