Casa de S. Thiago de Obidos

We stayed at room #5, which was clean, well ventilated, and had a beautiful view of the street. The property was very well located, with easy and contactless check-in and check-out. There is no reception but we were able to leave our luggage at the nearby Squire Store before check-in for free. Overall, a great stay and we would go back.

The room and particularly the bathroom had a musty smell.

It is inside the castle walls so it is very close to everything. My sister and I only stayed one night so it was convenient. The free car park is actually quite near through a few steps however, Google Maps indicated a long way around, so be careful with that. There is a short cut. However, the instructions to find the apartment were very clear. Room was clean, full of character. Thank you 🙏

The bathroom can do with a little renovation but otherwise it’s a lovely room. There a re a lot of steps and stone paths leading to the accommodation, so not recommended for mobility challenged people.

Office was easy to find to collect the key. Accommodation was lovely, clean room, great breakfast, and perfectly located to explore the very lovely Óbidos.

Fantastic location - everything is super close to the property. Cute & cozy accommodation.

Needs some work done to the room I stayed in. Light switch toggles broken, the toilet has a drip leak, ventilation fan in the bathroom broken. Biggest one was the ventilation fan - after a shower it made the room extremely humid and muggy. Everything felt damp which does not make for a good nights rest.
