About this apartment rental
Two-bedroom apartment in the Los Miradores del Puerto residential development, at km 14 of La Manga.
The apartment is very spacious and large, featuring an independent kitchen with pantry and gallery, a very large living-dining room with access to a terrace with views of the community and Puerto Tomás Maestre.
It has two bedrooms, the main one, with a double bed, is very spacious and has its own bathroom with bathtub and terrace. The second bedroom also has views of the port. The second bathroom, also with a bathtub, is located in the hallway.
It has a private solarium terrace with a barbecue, which is accessed via the communal staircase.
The apartment is on the 7th floor, which means that the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, and yet it has air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room.
The apartment has wifi connection.
LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool. The swimming pool remains open all year round.
At about 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market is held on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and futsal, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...
Dogs accepted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, confirmation is required before booking and an additional charge of €30 will be incurred.
Professional cleaning before and after the stay.
Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.

El apartamento es muy amplio, con unas vistas muy buenas desde la terraza principal y dormitorios. Tiene AC en todas las habitaciones y salón.
Podría haber algún elemento decorativo más, pero no es algo relevante, el apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia.

Apartamento inserido numa zona muita bem tratada, limpa, airosa, muito agradável. Boas paisagens com vista para o porto Tomas Maestro, restaurantes, bares, supermercado perto. Praia basta atravessar a rua. Excelente. Quanto ao apartamento é igualmente excelente, mobiliário simples mas agradável, muito bem equipado, área grande, muito bom.
Apesar de não nos podermos queixar, o ar condicionado não funcionou muito bem. Poderá ser problema dos aparelhos ou dos comandos (só utilizámos sala e 1 quarto) ou das pilhas. De qualquer modo nada nos afectou.

La amplitud del apartamento, el que está muy completo y no te hace falta nada
Los colchones, son bastante incómodos.
La hora de entrada / salida. Pierdes dos días ya que tienes que entrar por la tarde a las 16 y has perdido la mañana y la salida a las 10. Creo que se debería hacer como en los hoteles si entras a las 16 sales a las 15 por ejemplo algo así pero que sea más igual.
