Villas Las Golondrinas

The pool- great size and depth for us and our teenagers. The air conditioning in the villa was great. It was very spacious for the 4 of us. Very clean. The outside furniture was a lovely L shaped sofa and coffee table, looked new, and a table with nice wicker chairs. The villa is close to the coastal promenade and there is a nice bar and shop selling most things near by. Free parking right outside.

It was a bit tired- broken tiles in and around the pool; a broken window; furniture and decor a bit dated and plastic peeling off the fridge freezer. The crockery was dated with old fashioned, small bowls as well as tiny tea cups. The table grow on our bed was stained too. It was August so the walk to the harbour and beach ( around 15-20 mins) was difficult in the hot and humid heat. There is a bar in the complex opposite that had music nightly 9-10.30. But this was quite entertaining actually!

Great villa, location is perfect, roughly about a 15 minute walk to the harbour, 20 minute walk to the beach (with kids), might be faster without kids, 5 minute walk to the supermarkets there are 3 all close to each other and plenty of take aways close by with great Pizzas and burgers. The harbour has plenty of places to eat. The villa is close by to a lovely coastal walk and the lighthouse with a restaurant. Water park close by 15 minute walk. Villas has all the amenities, well equipped kitchen, the host was very helpful and despite a hiccup with the oven. The place was clean, the pool was perfect, plenty of towels provided, washing up amenities and Dish washer tablets provided, there is a utility area with a washing machine too - very handy. nice outdoor seating area and a separate dining table outside. The entertainment at next door hotel was lovely to sit out and listen too in the evening with some great singers. But if you didn't want to listen the windows were sound proof and our kids were not disturbed by any noise. Perfect for kids and families. Comfortable sofas and beds. Overall a great stay.

The only downside was the oven, but the owners acted very fast, came out straight away and then bought us a brand new air fryer the same day- these things happen but the fact the owners sorted a solution so quickly and we're supportive made a massive difference to our holiday and showed they genuinely cared out of working hours.
