Doors slam by default, it would be a good idea to adjust it to produce less noise on impact. Other than that no negative experience

Great location, 2 minutes from the beach. We had enough room as a family of 4. The property was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful.
It would be good if they had folding beach chairs to use along with the parasols.
The car park is very tight to enter and exit, we were advised of this in advance. There is ample on street parking as an alternative.

Nice well-equipped room/mini appartement. Nice modern design. Very clean. Good aircon. Nice bathroom. Close to the beach and city centre. Nice neighbourhood. Good for value for money
The kitchen was a bit minimalistic, but had all basic necessities (if you suppose to make food there, but we ate at a restaurant). We wasn't aware that the reception was unstaffed from 15, and we came later. It could have been nice to get beach towels, or at least if the room had more than two towels. Didn't get access to the parking basement because it was too late to get the code then (arrived at 16), but street parking was cheaper anyways. The balcony was very small
