The location and clean invorenment
There is no refrigerator, laindry bag and shampoo. The bed cover is a little bit dull

Good location
didn't prepare for foreign travellers the international plug. As foreign traveller, we need a international plug.

The location is across the street from Hartono mall and The Park mall, a 5 min stroll. Parking, albeit tight, is available in the basement. The room size is of course small, but all basic facilities are available (running hot water, refillable water jug, toothbrush, shampoo, towels, thin indoor slippers, small safe deposit box, cable TV). No frills, no luxury, but sufficient for a short stay if you don't expect much or don't plan to only remain in the room during your stay.
I booked a non smooking room, but got the smoking floor so the smell was unbearable. No way to change the room since it was fully booked.
Pillows were thin.
AC was not working well, the room got quite hot in the middle of the night.
