Location is in the dead-centre of the city - 50m away from the bus station in the town. so it is ideally located. the garage is a bit hard to find, but generally that's not a problem... Room was tiny but exactly we needed for 2 people staying there (that's why we booked it...) Breakfast was superb, lots of options to choose from, fresh etc.

The breakfast was amazin and the location very good.

Central location, very good breakfast, parking garage

I wrote beforehand and received confirmation for a baby bed. I also informed the Hotel that I would like to charge my electric vehicle. They answered me that this is no problem and that I can book the parking garage which contains two chargers during the online check-in. So I did the check-in, paid for the room, the baby bed and the garage beforehand. However, the system sent me a lot of email about an outstanding amount and it always showed check-in not complete. So I did write the hotel again to confirm that everything was in order. I was told that everything was okay and that the baby bed is already waiting in my room. On arrical, there was no baby bed. Additionally the ac was off. I told the reception and it was confirmed that the ac will be put on (it can only be controlled by the reception, who came to that amazing idea?) I also asked for the charging key and told the receptionist that I will come back later to charge. When I got back, both chargers where blcoked by ICE vehicles. Of course the reception cannot do anything about it. They allowed me to park in front of them but that would have blocked about four other cars so I did not do that. The baby bed was in the room (jay), however, the AC was still off and I had to go and ask them again to activate it. Luckily, I had to go down to the garage, and at exactly this time another couple who did park in front of the charger drove away, so I could charge after all (very lucky). So if the hotel gets their processes in order I would recommend it but currently only if you have no extra requests at all.
