I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was in a great location and it had the perfect layout for our family. The rooftop terrace with a view of the sea was a great bonus as well as the underground parking garage. The Sun & Snow staff, who’s office was downstairs, were very helpful and accommodating. There is a convenience store a few steps away and a bakery across the street. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of with very comfortable mattresses. It was well organized with ample storage space and had high end appliances.

location, it was clean

the “double” bed was really small and not comfortable. the bedroom was not dark ar all, it let a lot of light in. the curtains were really thin, there was a street light outside and around 4:30 the sun would come.

Good

The apartment complex has a great security system and an overnight guard. It felt very safe. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The location was excellent. Plenty of shops around including an essential grocery store just outside the complex.

All furniture was from IKEA. The bedroom bed frame was made out of flimsy wooden slats, which kept on falling out of their brackets and we would end up with our bums on the floor. We got maintenance to fix it after the first night but they kept on falling out and we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. The only saving grace was that we visited out of season and the accommodation was quite cheap during that time. However, if we had paid summer season prices we would have been seriously unimpressed.

Nice apartment, beautiful community and located perfectly in middle of every place we want to visit in Sopot. Appreciate the effort from one of the staff member who came running for us to handover the correct apartment details & keys.

We didn't received the code for the locker box to collect the keys and host was not reachable after 5 PM. Only with the help of another customer we got the emergency contact number and contacted hosts. Even after we collected the keys, the apartment information was mentioned wrong and we had to wait more than a hour outside to get the new information.

Great accommodation in Sopot

A nice and modern accommodation facility at about a 15-minute-walking distance from the beach. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly, the apartments are cosy and equipped with all necessary things, washing machine, kitchen and cleaning equipment. Beds are very comfortable, parking is available on request in the underground parking with an easy access into the buildings. We were very satisfied and we highly recommend this accommodation to every visitor of Sopot!

The whole price of the accommodation was withdrawn from my credit card two months before arrival. Also, there is a refundable 500 PLN deposit for each room that you have to pay upon your arrival in case of any damage in the apartments. It was refunded to me about 3 days after our departure.

Beautiful apartments in the heart of Sopot

The apartments were clean and nicely furnished. It is located in a beautiful calm neighborhood. Some 10-15mins walk to the city center and the beach. Sun & Snow provided a good service from getting the keys to the apartment to giving back.

In one of the apartments, the water in the shower wasn’t going down, it flooded the whole bathroom. This was very inconvenient.

Apartament poza ścisłym centrum ale dobrze skomunikowany z resztą miasta. Budynek posiada windę więc wniesienie bagażu nawet na wyższe piętra nie jest problemem. Wszystko w porządku.

Sala fitness/ pokój gier. Część urządzeń fitness nie działa. Ogólnie widać dość mocne zużycie w tej sali.

Przyjemne, spokojne miejsce, gdzie można spędzić czas razem z przyjaciółmi i odpoczywać. Było cicho, ciepło. Niedaleko centrum. Parking dla samochodu znajdował się w ogrzewanym garażu.

Brak konkretnych instrukcji wejścia ( opis kodu do otwierania drzwi zawiera #, a na klawiaturze kodu jest inny znaczek na środku klawiatury) . Uszkodzenia na kanapie w salonie oraz uszkodzona gałka prysznica - wciśnięta była na husteczke higieniczna

Apartament jest nowoczesny i ogólnie całkiem wygodny. Większość potrzebnych rzeczy znajduje się na wyposażeniu. Dla rodziny 2+2 miejsca jest wystarczająco.

Widać już pewne objawy zużycia apartamentu. Przyda się już delikatne odświeżenie np. łazienki i odmalowanie ścian.

Nieproporcjonalny stosunek jakości do ceny. Obiekt jest mocno zużyty i czasami wręcz zniszczony. Meble i przedmioty lata swojej świetności mają dawno za sobą, są popękane lub poniszczone. Prysznic jest zatkany i wylewa wodę na całą łazienkę. Część gniazdek nie działa. Zmywarka nie domywa naczyń. Brak poduszek / światełek na tarasie. Mydło oraz płyn do naczyń dostaliśmy rozwodnione - za tą cenę jest to słaba zagrywka. Uważam, że obiekt powinien zrobić renowację i znacznie bardziej przyłożyć się do jakości swoich apartamentów za tyle pieniędzy.

Brak szafek nocnych przy łóżku. Nie ma gdzie odstawić szklanki z wodą. Uszkodzone lampy przy suficie w salonie . Brak żarówek w lampkach . I zdewastowane meble ogrodowe na tarasie . Brak leżaków. Dobrze , że przywiozłam swój to mogłam korzystać z tarasu na dachu. Wlaściciel powinien zainwestować w nowe wyposażenie apartamentu .

Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr schneller, sehr entgegenkommender Service. Viel Fläche, viele Geräte. Viele Schränke. Hochwertiges Treppenhaus und Fahrstuhl ( Kinderwagen 😊). Ruhige, schöne Lage mit Lebensmittelgeschäft am Eingang. Sehr bequeme Betten

Die Kleinkinder haben nicht so viel geschlafen da keine Verdunkelung möglich war. Der Staubsauger war sehr laut.

Leiligheten var skitten og støvete.

Sengene var komfortable.

Det var meget skittent når vi kom, støv og skitt overalt. Handduker og sengetøy var flekkete og ekkelt. Kopper og kar var ikke rene, vi måtte vaske alt før vi kunne bruke det. Tror vaskemaskinen var i uorden, da det ble renest når vi vasket ting for hånd.

Bardzo brudno :(

Lokalizacja, na której nam zależało. 25min spacerkiem na molo. 15 min spacerkiem na Ergo Arenę. Parking podziemny i wejście do klatki (do windy) od razu z parkingu bez konieczności wyjść na zewnątrz.

Apartament był brudny, podłoga nie odkurzona i nie zmyta. Na wstępie przywitał nas wielki robak na szafce w kuchni. „Lokatorzy” obudzili też w nocy, chodząc sobie po łóżku w sypialni… balkon był brudny, że aż strach było wyjść.. meble niestety swoje już przeżyły. Najgorsze w tym wszystkim to chyba „garderoba/pralnia”. Jak otworzyłam drzwi to szybciej je zamknęła … smród totalny :/ brzydziłam się spać na tej pościeli. Na szczęście byliśmy tylko dwie noce aby pójść na mecz na Ergo Arenę. Plac zabaw dla dzieci nie istnieje na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu.. Jeśli nie zmienią osób, które „sprzątają” w apartamentach, to raczej nikt tam już nie wróci.

Znałam wcześniej tą lokalizację i odpowiada mi.

Jedyny mankament to dwie listwy przy drzwiach balkonowych , które odklejały się i wyszczerbiony róg ściany, powstały zapewnie od przesunięcia krzesła o ścianę. . Zgłosiłam myślę że będzie naprawione zwłaszcza że pobierana jest kaucja 300 zł na szkody wyrządzone przez klienta..
