The rooms were fantastic, with lots of room to move around. Lots of storage space. The bathroom had doors and was private. They cleaned the rooms twice a day and changed the towels after we used them at the pool. They went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly. The food in the restaurants was amazing. The pool area was spacious and wonderful. We will stay again and have already recommended this hotel to our friends and family.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We loved everything about this property. The staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were three families with two babies.

We had a wonderful stay at W Singapore. The hotel was very clean, and whenever we requested anything such as ice, towels, or other room amenities, the staff responded quickly and efficiently. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which is available 24 hours a day. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the pool even late at night. There were a few occasions when some items, such as glasses, towels, or slippers, were missing from the room, but once we contacted the hotel, they were replenished immediately.

The breakfast restaurant was quite busy at certain times, so we had to wait a little, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we did not experience any significant problems during our stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and full of hospitality, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit.

A stunning hotel on Sentosa Island, with a large swimming pool in the middle of a garden surrounded by palm trees. Our room had its own private pool, which was so refreshing after a day out exploring. My experience at this hotel was so positive that my son has already asked to come back. The staff pay close attention to every detail to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
