ゴールデンウィークの真っ只中予約できて助かりました
人工温泉の混み具合が部屋のテレビで確認するといつも「少し余裕あり」のように出ています。それで行ってみたら大渋滞でした。残念ですがテレビ情報は今ひとつです。

朝食が美味しかった。
チェックインの際、名前を記入している途中で「◯◯様でお間違いないでしょうか?」と問われたが、まったく違いました。記入が終わるまで待てないのでしょうか?雑に扱われた感じがして不快でした。
パッと見は綺麗な部屋だと感じたが、ハンガーに埃が溜まってたり、トイレットペーパー下の壁には液垂れしているような茶色い汚れがあり、目に付く箇所の拭き掃除ができていないのが残念に思いました。
