I appreciated the location — being able to walk to the city centre made it easy to get food and transport without needing my car.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to the university and city and easy access for travelling both North and South of the city. The room was very clean and warm with a heat pump. The small bedroom had a wall heater too but I found the heat pump was sufficient to keep the entire unit warm. It was great having the facilities to enable food preparation rather than having to eat out all the time. Plenty of parking too.
Nothing really, the bathroom basin is a bit small though with older style shower with curtain rather than door but everything was clean and linen was changed daily if required.

Room was spacious, location was excellent
Shower was slippery. Would have benefitted from a non-slip floor mat in shower. Receptionist was not the friendliest
