We were locked out of our room twice!
It needed two keys and we were only given one!

The location is good . Just 10 min walk to town. Our apartment faced the beautiful view of the lake & alps. The only setback is the rooms is located downstairs whereby you have to walk down. Overall it was great !
The rooms is located downstair. But the beautiful view of the lake & alps superseded it.

Local to town. Warm. Good shower
It had a funky smell and terrible parking situation. Says parking onsite, which is incorrect. You park down the street at the office. It was pouring rain and we got soaked taking our bags too and from accommodation as weather was horrendous.
